Fulcrum Innovation LLC is a consulting practice focused on the intersection of public sector technology and associated policy and business challenges.
Founded on the principle that organizations generally have limited resources, we believe that leveraging key pivot points are vital to realizing most substantial gains.
Your priorities are our priorities. Organizations have goals that are sometimes more challenging to achieve than anticipated.
We don't enter into a partnership unless we genuinely believe that we can add value and help you achieve outcomes that benefit you.
Whether it's scaling a new product offering, penetrating a priority market segment, coaching your prospective customers to overcome
challenges related to funding, or advocating on your behalf to maintain favorable policy environments, we are with you every step of the way.
Integrity, ethics, and decency aren't just buzzwords; they
are the foundation on which all other decisions are made.
We work with partners who are equally committed to these ideals.
Our clients and those served by them are important to us beyond just business interests. We prefer to spend more time with fewer clients so that we can truly engage with them to make a meaningful difference.
