Christian Quinn completed a 24-year law enforcement career, serving as an executive leader with a major municipal police department in the Washington D.C. National Capital Region. He led the establishment of a new bureau to account for emergent trends related to cyber investigations and operational technology. He was accountable for the utilization of numerous technical tools, including the management of a suite of forensic, analytic, and intelligence software. Mr. Quinn was assigned to work organized crime and intelligence for much of his early career, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with state, local, and federal partners to ensure the safety of the National Capital Region.
Following his career in public service, Mr. Quinn joined the Government Affairs Firm, Brooks Bawden Moore LLC, where he first served as the Senior Director of Government Affairs and later as the Vice President of Consulting. He has been instrumental in preserving access to technology solutions that are critically needed to keep communities safe while safeguarding equitable outcomes. Mr. Quinn is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. He holds a Master of Forensic Sciences Degree from The George Washington University and has completed several executive development programs.
Mr. Quinn remains passionate about the ethical adoption of technology for the betterment of all people. He has been a featured speaker throughout the U.S. and internationally, advising public safety and the industry partners who serve them on key policy and product issues. He is engaged with several law enforcement associations and has authored articles and policies on a host of topics including artificial intelligence, cyber security, digital crime, domestic extremism, and business aspects of public sector technology programs.
